We had bought a 42" Napolean Promo Table and Four Promo Chairs for our kitchen about 8 years ago from King Dinettes,... LLC and they (Herm) were extremely nice and attentive to our questions and our needs at that time. Fast forward eight years and a piece of the leg from one of our chairs came off, most likely from heavy use on a hard grouted tile floor. I called up King Dinettes, LLC to ask what could be done and Frank Gerardo asked me to bring the chair in and he'd look at it. He said if we would give him 24 hours he could fix it for us, so we agreed. The following morning, Frank called and asked us to come and pick up the chair, it was all repaired. I asked Frank what I owed him and he said no charge! Now this was way after any type of warranty offer but they were mainly interested in serving their customers. I told them that that was above and beyond and now I would recommend King Dinettes, LLC to all my family and friends looking for beautiful, well built and extremely durable furniture. First, I have to say that I have lived in the area for decades and have often just driven by King Dinettes not knowing... what was inside. A friend suggested I look at Canadel tables and they were listed as a dealer. I went in and was surprised by the different types of sets they sold. I ended up going on a totally different direction and was assisted by by a gentleman who had years of knowledge in the furniture business. I placed my order for a table that was “quick ship” hoping to make it to my house by Thanksgiving. As Thanksgiving approached I contacted Frank and he confirmed the table was not going to make it by Thanksgiving however he so graciously offered a “loaner table”! Where, other than a family business, would you get that kind of service! I am so impressed! No scrambling for card tables! Thank you!read more

Wow, what a great place. We special ordered a Calligaris table and chairs from Italy. Frank was great. He spent time... looking through the catalogs with us and really knew his stuff. His communication was timely, professional and the delivery was as expected. The delivery crew was equally good. Super nice guys, they took their shoes off inside the house, used drop cloths during assembly, reviewed the care instructions with us, signed the paperwork and used a credit card machine to charge the final balance. We love the table and are happy we avoided the high pressure sales tactics of the chain furnitures stores that sell mostly garbage that is good from far but far from good.
